At Flatrock Family Dentistry we have been so blessed to navigate these uncertain times with our extended Flatrock family. We have appreciated your patience and understanding as we all learned how to adapt to the changes this pandemic brought to our professional and personal lives.
From the beginning, our team has made it our goal to keep everyone’s safety and comfort the top priority. Our office continues to follow the infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Flatrock Family Dentistry has used everything we have learned from Covid-19 to achieve an even greater standard of care. We elevated our already high standards of disinfection before, after and during your visit. As the pandemic has continued to change the past two years, so have our protocols. We want to make sure that everyone is aware of our recent changes.
New Protocols For 2022
Last year we reopened our lobby and no longer require patients to wait in their car. Starting next week, we will no longer be requiring masks. However, your comfort is still our top priority. If you would like our team to wear a mask during your visit, please ask. We will have masks available for our business team to wear as needed. We will also still have hand sanitizer available throughout the office. Our high requirements for sanitation will ALWAYS remain in place.
Furthermore, you can feel confident that our team is working hard to make sure Flatrock Family Dentistry is one of the safest places you can visit. We will continue to monitor new information and adapt our safety measures accordingly. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
We know that you have lots of options for your dental care. We are so thankful you have put your trust in us to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment.
Sincerely,
Dr. Rouse, Dr. Khan and the Flatrock Family Dentistry Team
