864-297-5268 Dr. Trey Kenna Dr. Christopher Rouse In his free time, Dr. Kenna enjoys cooking, cycling, and spending time with his wife, daughter (Ellison), and son (Meyers). He has completed several century rides across Georgia and South Carolina.
His main hobby is spending time with his wife Leslie, their three active boys and two little girls. He is an Eagle Scout, a former Scout Master and is now trying to help his boys have fun with scouting. Dr Rouse enjoys serving at church, playing soccer, anything outdoors, sprint triathlons, and woodworking. In the summer of 2010 he had the wonderful opportunity to take his second oldest son on a dental service trip to help the people of Peru. In the spring of 2011, Chris and Leslie went to China to adopt their youngest daughter Brynn. He is continually trying to perfect his joke telling skills, so if you have any good clean ones he would love to hear them. Dr. Kenna and his wife, Courtney, grew up in a suburb of Atlanta where they met in high school economics class. From there, Dr. Kenna attended Furman University in Greenville and graduated cum laude with a major in Biology. He then spent 5 years at the Medical College of Georgia earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine and completing a General Practice Residency (GPR). Within the GPR, Dr. Kenna received additional training in dental implant placement, restorative dentistry, and IV sedation. He is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2010, Dr. Kenna received a Fellowship award from the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
Dr. Christopher Rouse is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He received his bachelor’'s of science in Spanish and played for the Men'’s Soccer Team at Brigham Young University. His Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree was completed at the Medical College of Georgia. While in dental school Dr. Rouse published several research articles and served in a national position with the American Student Dental Association. At the completion of dental school, he attended a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he gained experience with advanced oral and periodontal surgery including the surgical placement of dental implants. He also gained valuable experience in pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and the treatment of medically compromised patients. He has been in private practice here in Greenville since 2001. Dr. Rouse is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry and a student of the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne Fl.
